sco-list: Locating large files
I was looking for a way I could find all files in a folder and its subfolders larger than saay 25MB and then either move them to another folder or delete them. We have a server for staff web sites but wouldn't want them to use it to host large files. I would schedule this script to run daily at night.

I have separate parts for /home /var /usr /usr/local and /boot. I cannot find what suddenly ate up 3G of space. Is there a way to list the largest files on a partition ? Some of these are very large files, especially the video capture ones. I want to keep all these files away from the system files so that a) they can be easily backed up and restored separately b) users can easily find files created by other users c) otherwise I find that users save stuff to the desktop,
